With over 20 years of experience in the legal field, she became a proud member of the New Mexico State Bar Paralegal Division in 2020, reflecting her dedication to professional excellence and continued growth in the legal community.
Desiree is known for her reliability, strong work ethic, and ability to handle complex legal tasks with accuracy and professionalism. Her deep understanding of the law, combined with decades of hands-on experience, makes her a valuable asset to any legal team.
Outside of work, Desiree enjoys spending time with her family, especially fishing and exploring the outdoors — a reflection of her grounded, family-centered values.
Marissa Rodriguez-Padilla Legal AssistantÂ
Marissa Rodriguez-Padilla is a dedicated Criminal Law Legal Assistant known for her reliability, professionalism, and strong work ethic. She brings a compassionate and focused approach to supporting legal teams and clients. Outside of work, Marissa values time with her family and finds joy in creating lasting memories with them.
Marissa also received her Bachelor's in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Phoenix.

She’s our outgoing, caring, and energetic associate who ensures every customer is welcomed and connected to the right staff for their needs. Whether it’s setting up appointments or directing clients to the appropriate team member, Sandra keeps everything running smoothly.
In addition to her role with us, Sandra is a successful realtor in the Lea County community. Outside of work, she stays active with her three children and all their many activities, balancing her professional life with being a dedicated mom.
